How the world will look like in 2050? More oversight Digital monitoring becomes cheaper and easier every year so there is no reason why governments and corporations will stop watching us unless they are forced to do so. Most likely we 're going to see the same kind of public surveillance and social scoring they have in China, even though it's going to be much more advanced, and unfortunately, we can't do anything to stop that. First Libertarian (Anarcho-Capital) Government will be Born A shortage of free land is the main obstacle to the development of a free society. All the land has been split between governments for a long time and they are not willing to give any of it, even if it's purchased from them. Future technologies, however, will enable people to create more cheaply artificial islands and other landmasses in terra nullius, and thus create a place to settle their citizens. Another obstacle to creating a new country is security and lack of funds to support a large army. Even a nation of 1000 citizens (if they have enough funds) will be able to have high-powered AI-controlled weapons, and would be able to overcome another country's army, thanks to military robotization. Bitcoin will be the main currency of the world Some economists say that Bitcoin may take over FIAT after the next global economic crisis, which is expected to happen in 1–3 years from now! Whether or not that will happen this will certainly happen in 10–20 years, and by the year 2050, people will think of money provided by the government as anything from the 20th-century communist period. Along with Bitcoin, a few other cryptocurrencies will survive which have some concrete advantages, but their overall use will be less than 10 percent of Bitcoin's use. It is going to create super AI which transcends human intelligence. That is only a matter of time because the processing capacity on the machines doubles every 2 years, and computers will be 30,000 times quicker and smarter than they are now by 2050 (that is 32 years from now). Perhaps even earlier than 2050 it will be generated smarter than human AI and by 2050 the presence of non-human super-intelligence will be assured. People will achieve biological immortality That will simply mean that with specific medical treatment, scientists will be able to extend a healthy human lifespan to eternity. Of course, it won't mean people will stop dying as this treatment probably won't be available to the poorest part of the world and our bodies won't become indestructible, so people will still die from accidents and other physical traumas. Radical birth control will be implemented Overpopulation is a major concern, and the only source is the birth rate too high. Birth rates in most Western countries have already fallen below the natural preservation rate (which is 2 children per 2 adults) and will continue to do so. But in developing countries, it's still too high and those countries are solely responsible for the overpopulation problem that we have. Governments will either restrict families to having only one child or in future forcefully sterilize people. Children are the past rather than the future. Robots will take over our jobs Robots will be able to do all the physical activities that we will be doing in a few decades, beginning with cutting our hair to service us at the restaurant and preparing our meals. Many jobs are already being replaced by robots, therefore progress is inevitable. When the robots are replacing the human workforce two things will happen. 1st: Most people (especially those who are poorly educated) are left out of work and without the ability to self support. This will lead to the birth of a large class of poor people, with no ability to reach even the basic standards of living and, at the same time, it will give birth to even richer groups or people who own everything together. Governments in rich countries may be able to provide their citizens with a basic income, but the poor countries won't have the funds for that. Basically, the only opportunity you'll have to make a living is by business, unless you're really clever and prepared. That's renting someone else's apartment, self-driving car or robot assistant, given that you have the funds to buy it first. 2nd: Some of the programs and goods would cost much less. The vast portion of the expense of the goods or service is labor cost because it is typically the most costly portion. But it will be much cheaper to produce in the future when machines do all the work, goods and services. Take for example the self-driving taxi. You will no longer have to pay the driver's wage (which is normally half of the expenses) to provide taxi transportation and therefore the firms will be able to charge half of the rates for trips. Most part of physical interactions will be replaced by interaction with robots By 2050 we 're going to have sophisticated human-like aides, secretaries, and machines on the sex. They'll resemble human beings so tons that we'll satisfy our social needs by interacting with them. And it will be a lot easier to interact with robots. We won't have their own will any more (as their main motive would be in helping us), we won't have emotions, they won't get upset, irritated or exhausted. They will also be better friends because we do no longer have to take their interests or desires into account and agree with them. Human-to - human interplay will be reduced to a minimum since dealing with other people is extraordinarily difficult. Most human-to-human interactions will happen in Virtual Reality Because of the rise and quality in normal and additional physical fact in our everyday stuff to do, it's going to move into the modern world. Not only will we play and watch movies there, but we will also spend our greater and greater free time using our avatars to virtually tour and assemble humans. Our lives will look a lot like the Surrogates video, except we won't have secondary body bodies, they'll all be virtual. Additionally, the awareness of virtual reality will develop because all sorts of things will happen to you in real life, or you can become a victim of a crime While digital actuality is going to be perfectly secure, at least for your body. Crossing borders and inter-country travelling will become more difficult. Owing to the explosive surge of illegal immigration and extremism, going from country to country will be more difficult, as all of them would seriously restrict the entry of foreigners. Especially third world people would have difficulty getting into the Western World. Some island countries may also go so far as to ban all travel except for air travel, as it is easier to regulate. There will be no better planet and drastic action by governments will have to be taken to drive unwelcome migrants away. Please report any fake news or defamatory statements to [email protected]
