According to a report by Daily Sun, Mr Tinubu’s men will use the Ondo gubernatorial election as to test waters as Tinubu’s camp have opened discussions with stakeholders of AD. A party source quoted in the report said the rejection of the recommendations of the three-member Election Appeal Committee chaired by Mrs Helen Bendega, which called for cancellation of the poll that produced Chief Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), and the submission of his name to INEC by the National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun was the cause of the cold war between Tinubu and Oyegun. Tinubu would later demand for the resignation of Odigie-Oyegun who he accused of treating with disdain the joint petition written by Chiefs Oke, Olusegun Abraham and Senator Ajayi Borrofice rejecting the outcome of the primary that produced Akeredolu. While Tinubu’s associates might be working to revive AD, Mr Tinubu’s media aide, Tunde Rahman refused to confirm or deny the move. “Who are those making the insinuations? Let them justify what they are saying. I don’t want to react to that,” he told Daily Sun. Facebook Twitter WhatsApp Email – Nigeria must appear before ECOWAS Court insists the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) – IPOB says the Nigerian government cannot hide from the law – The pro-Biafra group says the Nigerian government cannot manipulate the Judges at ECOWAS Court, hence, the reason for not appearing No ploy by the All Progressives Congress (APC), led government of President Muhammadu Buhari will make it not to appear to defend itself in the Community Court of Justice, says the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). IPOB and MASSOB laid curses on Nigeria at her independence In a statement titled ‘APC Government can run but cannot hide from the law’ signed by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Mr Emma Powerful said: “He who brings home ants-ridden faggots must be ready for the visit of lizards”. Odinma warned that if there was a time Biafra wasn’t feasible, the current realities in Buhari’s administration has given much hope that Biafra’s actualization is a matter of time.
