Meet this talented Nigerian man from Igbo community that designed and built a ship. His name is Dr. Stephen Chidozie Duru, from Imo State. He is the owner of Stemarine Investments International Limited located in Port-Harcourt, River State. The company was Incorporated in Port-Harcourt with the registration number 701691.
