Vlad the impaler Vlad the impaler popularly referred to as Vlad Dracula due to his cruelty and sadistic personality. He was named the impaler due to the way he kills people by impaling (Piercing them with a long stick from the Anus straight to the mouth) until they die of pains and loss of blood. 8. Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini (1902-1989) Ayatollah was responsible for bringing about the 1979 Iranian revolution. He was the Islamic ruler of Iran from 1979-1989. He kills by impaling, beheading and throwing off a cliff. 4. Joseph Stalin (1878-1953) Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin was dictator of the Soviet Union from 1922 till his death in 1953. As a young man, he was a robber and an assassin. For almost 30 years, he reigned with terror and violence in the Soviet Union. His decisions led to a famine that killed millions. Forget enemies, he even killed families of people who were fond of him. Under his rule, more than 1.5 million German women were raped and in all, he easily killed over 20 million people. Heinrich Himmler Heinrich was also a Nazi that wanted the extermination of 6 million Jews and also wanted Europe free from the Jews. He commuted suicide after a lot of mass massacre and is buried at undisclosed location. 2. Leopold the llnd of Belgium When king, he reigned over Congo and claimed he will help Congo which was 76 times the size of Belgium. He killed over 500,000 Congolese. They were subjected to poverty and diseases. Killing more than 10 million Congolese, he died in his sleep. 1.
